A home with an ocean view

Cosy apartments in a picturesque red and white house in the upper part of Ribeira da Janela. On the ground floor is a restaurant serving home-made breakfasts and dinners, and a lounge area where our guests can play board games, read or spend time with friends. You can also climb up to the open terraces with a cup of coffee and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a very convenient base for exploring the north of Madeira, from where it is equally easy to reach the famous lava pools in Porto Moniz, the black sand beach in Seixal, the ancient Fanal forest and many other sights of the island.

The place is amazing. Very cosy. You can watch the sunrise right from the balcony. Tasty, generous breakfasts, excellent coffee. Fresh home-baked pastries with coffee every morning … The hosts were very caring and cooked a delicious breakfast … A comfortable bed and pillows; after an active day we slept as if at home. The place is new and the rooms are freshly renovated.
